The hotel is perfectly located, within easy walking distance to Melbourne city. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, although they could improve on providing guidance for services like Starbus. The location is excellent, close to various attractions and public transportation. However, there were some unpleasant encounters with parking services nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some high-quality products available but occasional mix-ups in orders. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice with some room for improvement.
